How do I place an order and what file types can I upload?
You can place an order directly through our website or by contacting us via phone or email. When uploading artwork, we accept high-resolution files such as PDF, PNG, AI, EPS, and SVG. If you’re unsure about your file, feel free to reach out and we’ll be happy to help.
What are your turnaround times and how do I receive my order?
Turnaround times vary depending on the size and type of order, but most jobs are completed within 3–7 business days. You can choose to pick up your order in-store or have it shipped directly to you—shipping options are available at checkout.
How can I make a payment and what are your business hours?
We accept payments via credit/debit card, bank transfer, and mobile payment platforms. Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We’re closed on weekends and public holidays.
